My stay at the Ramada By Wyndham Marcoola Beach had its ups and downs. I experienced poor customer service upon check-in, which was quite disappointing. but the location was fantastic, right on the beach, with easy access to local dining. The facilities, especially the pool, were a highlight, overall making for a relaxing getaway despite some initial setbacks.

I recently spent a couple of nights at Ramada Marcoola Beach, and while the location is fantastic, my overall experience was disappointing. My room had a musty smell, and the cleanliness standards were not up to par. The pool area was nice but didn't make up for the uncomfortable conditions inside my room.
